Hey, I know that I have to use the call numbers to get the doctor and the officer away from the room, but I was wondering if you HAD to use the computer before you do it, because my game keeps freezing when i try to exit the computer screen, so i was wondering what phone or thing it is that i have to use, just to see if i can use it before i use the computer, or if any of you had any solutions to my very frustrating problem... :)

Okay, where exactly is this phone? I'm looking all over and I'm just not seeing it. sigh :(

I am having the same problem with the game freezing up completely when trying to access the computer. But I'm stuck because I'm not sure what the user name and password is. I am sure I'm missing something. I did find the picture of "Bobby" so I'm assuming that's the password, but what is the username?

edward casper i think the name was. It's the locked cabinet in the room that has his name on it. you enter in the name with out a space inbetween as the user name. As for accessing the phone before the computer, I don't think it's made available to you until the computer is accessed. Not completely sure about that. The phone is at the side of the station on a little end table over by the puddle.

I wonder if there's going to be a patch or something because my game is still freezing up. I was able to access the computer and see the codes, but when I try to back out of the computer screen, it freezes the game up and I have to CTRL ALT Delete to close the game.

to get away from the computer screen, you have to right click =)
