I need a spoiler. I can move the two ends. I have figured out how to then move the two side pieces - what then? I cannot seem to move the top pieces no matter what I do so I must be missing some combo.

Okay, here's the entire thing, spoilerified for you. I think this is right.
Short side: Top piece up, bottom piece down.
Long side: Bottom piece down.
Short side: Top piece to middle position (one down), bottom piece to middle position (one up).
Long side: Top piece down.
Short side: Top piece down, bottom piece up.
Long side: Bottom piece down.
Short side: Top piece to middle position (one up), bottom piece to middle position (one down).
Long side: Top piece down.
