You most likely have a graphic/video chip and that is why it isn't working. I had the same problem with my up to date dell desktop. My father contacted the admins and they said that we didn't have agrphic/video card. My father bought me a $ 30 128mb Graphic/video CARD from FRYS. Ever since I installed it I've been playing. I'm at Chapter 3 already. If you have a Dell my father contacted them too. They said their product(computers)don't have video cards , but video chips. That's why we can play other games , but not this one.

PS If you can't return it sell it to GameStop say my computer didn't have the correct specs. :D
