Help with getting keys.

I just started to play, and I've tried to get Frank to go downstairs and get the keys, every time I do I get caught by mom, does anyone have an easier way to get the keys and get back upstairs quickly? Spoilers are welcome, Please hurry ASAP Thanks.......

Put Frank by the stairs(don't go down),ring the doorbell,go down stairs grab the keys and double click the stairs.

i have done that and still no keys. my problem is that i get the keys and start to go upstairs and mom catches me. i double click and everything but still no keys.

Don't woory I had trouble with it to, since you have done seperating the unceperable hardy boys lol, and have rang door bell make sure before you ring door bell you place frank as close to the stairs as possible, then run down stairs (don't waist a second )get the keys and run as fast as you can up the stairs this takes many tries but youll get it I promise.;)

Still no luck i have been on this game for over two months and i am still not able to get the darn keys. I have tried double clicking on the stairs,Clicking five or six times and more and still no luck. I do make sure i have the blonde headed guy at the door bell and the brown headed guy at the end of the stairs in the hall way but i am still unable to get the keys.

go really fast after ringing the door bell switch back to frank (brown hair) go really fast click right on the keys do not walk there then pick up the keys. then really fast go up the stairs i got stuck to but keep tyring! lol

Every single time I paused I got caught. You can't pause at all!!!!!!
