place Joe at the door and put Frank at the edge of the stairs. Joe rings the door bell and try to get Frank the call phones in the bowl before mom gets u. It takes a few tries u have to do it as fast as you can. Good Luck!!!

once u get the phone combine the phone and playback then send them to joe out ur bedroom window not the hall window!! make sure of that!:D:D:D

Hey i am also stuck on ch. one. I get as far as getting the keys but when i click on the stairs, it seems like frank hesitates before running to them and when he gets to the bottom of the stairs after he runs to them, his mother catches him. Also, it seems like the mouse on the game lags behind when i move the mouse i'm using for my computer. I have windows vista

Yeah, I'm having the same problem, and I have Windows Vista also. Yeah, the animation and the curser just seems slow, but I thought that the game didn't have very good animation. Frank just hesitates at the end of the stairs, and then my computer freezes. I e-mailed tech support, so hopefully they can help me. I really want to play this game! :)

I figured if you click about 5 times really quickly it skips the animation of walking, making Frank move faster so he doesn't get caught!
