Problems running patch

I'm having the same crash error whenever I try to click New Game that a lot of people seem to have with this game, but whenever I try to run the patch, it tells me the game is not properly installed. I've tried repairing it and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but everytime I try to run the patch I get the same message. Any ideas on what I can do?

Did you try tech support on the Dream catchers website? You may actually get a reply. Keep trying, as it seems they hope you go away after awhile.
