I hope this is not a spoiler. At a point during the game, you need hydrogen peroxide. We had picked it up when we found it, and it was in inventory. After another game character asked for it, the hydrogen peroxide disappeared from our inventory. I told my son to just go back to where we found it and get it again. The hydrogen peroxide was there, in its original spot, but we cannot click on it to pick it up!!! We do NOT want to start over. We need help!
