When I got to chapter two of the game I saved an shut off my computer to go do something but when i got back on all the characters are missing unless you see them in the video segment and then they stay for about 5 minutes and disapere again and when I get to the part where you give Officer Riley the evidence it goes to video show the error sign the I press Escape and it freezes and I have to keep restarting please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
