I have a 900 mhz pentium III win98 Sony, nothing special. I havent bought a new PC game since I got an XBox but this game looked interesting since I love Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Naturally, the game froze and crashed to Desktop immediately.
Here is my solution:
1. Download and install the latest US patch from the Iron Storm website.
2. Update your Direct X driver from the Microsoft site to Direct X 9.
3. Update your video card driver and be sure your vid card is supported. Mine is a NVIDIA TNT2.
4. Check your mouse. I have a 2-button MS laser mouse w/wheel. It seems to work fine.
5. The only customizing I have had to do is change the zoom buttons in sniper mode.
The game loads and plays fine. Good game in single player mode;havent played MP yet.
