Ok for the mouse problem where it cycles through all your weapons you can do this press and hold the corresponding weapon so for example if you want to shoot pistol press and hold 3 then press mouse to bring it up then continue to press 3 and press mouse button to shoot you can let go of 3 but always press and hold it again to fire with mouse...
this works for me at the time but does take a little time to get used to hope it helps! :)
