I my previous post I mentioned that the error message I receive when my system crashes is driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal.
Here is the info regarding that message from the Microsoft support page: (I don't remember seeing STOP:0xD1 however).
Does this make sense to anyone?
SYMPTOMS
When you start your computer, you may receive the following error message:
STOP:0xD1 (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)
CAUSE
This behavior occurs if more then one Mylex RAID controller that is supported by the Dac2w2k.sys driver is installed on the computer. This error could appear either during or after the operating system installation.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, contact Mylex Corporation for an updated driver (Dac2w2k.sys) that resolves this behavior.
