Hey, how do you get in the windowed door in the west wing? I've tried to push the thingy at the top with everything in my inventory, and nothing works!

okay so i think that Frank gave the keys to Joe but Joe keeps saying that the mortorcycles are locked. Help please

I made it 2 Chapter 3 in the store. I am now stuck on the gondola task. Every time I get in there & I click on the manaquin, the game freezes. Any ideas on how 2 avoid this??

What in the world do I do here? I can "zoom" in on an area but all that happens is the gondola turns. There is no way for me to exit the screen, nothing happens no matter how many times I turn it, and I can't pull up my phone or inventory list. What am I doing wrong?
