Rare kataals are not that rare ;)

people believe some useful kataals are very rare and one may not find them in a shop, for example 'Shrunken Head' and 'Dried Homonculus'...

normally the only chance is to find one in a high lvl. chest OR to hunt an Archfiend for dried homonculus. but there is a BUG you may use to have a lot of rare kataals

just try to find one, then go to and sell it to a vendor, now buy whatever you wish.

to be a good 'conjurer' you may need 'shrunken head' for 'summon haunt' and 'dried homonculus' for 'summon fiend' and 'summon archfiend'.

Don't bother selling the katals to the vendors, mix the spells you want and sell the spells and re-buy them...providing you are not broke!!
