frezzing at loading screen

I first installed got the update then had the issue with crash upon opening went in lower settings and set to desttop resoultion. IAM now able to creat a charcter but when it goes to loading screen it just stops responding. This seem to have the makeings for a great game would love to get it fixed and give it a shot. below is my dxdiag if that helps . well what i could fit
