traitors gate, please help!!

I need help. I am so stuck, please help. (1)In the hints, it says that when you are in the white tower chapel to follow the Beefeater but how do you get to the white tower chapel? (2)What do I do in the elevator? Can I do anything? (3) If you have any hints that you want to give me i could greatly use them!! PLEASE!

I am stuck too, The Chapple did not have anything on the table, I am stuck in the first tower too. I can not find anything else but what the beging had like the first 2 tools found, a box and a yellow chest box. That is all I can find, So anyone else pleas help us. Thank you!
