Hey listen up, Help me please.

I finally decided to play my game of Dracula The last Sactuary but got stuck in Professor Seward's office. I subdued the fat man in the weelchair took his blood, combined it with the garlic solution and boiled at 30 nothing happened. I also saw Hopkins and gave him a fly to eat and got my little talk. Now there are possible dialoge icons but I'm missing something. Also in the lab where the potion is made, there is a cupbord that I can't unlock. I've tried everything. What am I to do????????????????????
= my stages of frustration. +loosing hair also...
