mystery of the mummy

I'm trying to get in touch with fanatic concerning the downloads at the end of the walkthrough. I can't get it to save to my saved games place in the game. When I load the saves, it just isn't there...It saves fine in the actual folder in the C drive....please reply to this!!!! The slide puzzle is driving me crazy!! I've spent close to 3 hours on it already.
