Problems with From Dusk Till Dawn

I have gotten as far as the first full screen movie in level 15, and witih 5 seconds of the movie starting, the program bounces me back to the desktop. Tech support has had me reload, do the Acceleration stuff, and I cannot get them to give me any other ideas to get past this point. Any ideas?

I've been trying to get help for 2 months on this!!
